1. The Offer (Double Benefit)

Eligible clients will receive two distinct benefits for their CPF Portfolio:

• 0% Advisory Fee: The AutoWealth Advisory Fee is fully waived for 18 months.
• 100% Trailer Fee Rebate: Any trailer fees (commissions) received from fund managers are 100% rebated back to you. This applies both during the waiver period and in perpetuity thereafter.

2. Reversion to Standard Pricing

Upon the expiration of the 18-month waiver, the advisory fee will automatically revert to our standard rate of 0.28% p.a. (Phillip Securities transaction, custody & all other related costs are absorbed by AutoWealth).

Note: The 100% Trailer Fee Rebate remains active permanently, ensuring lowest-possible net costs.

3. Eligibility & Setup Deadline

This promotion is exclusive to existing AutoWealth clients who receive a direct invitation. To secure the waiver privilege, you must complete the opening of your Phillip Securities CPF Custody Account by 31 March 2026.

Definition: Setup is considered complete only upon receipt of the "Account Active" email notification from AutoWealth.

4. Validity & Activation Trigger

Once the account is opened and the waiver is secured, you may activate the promotion at any time by funding your CPF portfolio (Minimum Initial Investment: S$3,000) before 31 December 2030.

Start Date: The 18-month waiver period commences strictly on the Date of Trade Execution (the day your initial buy orders are executed in the market).

5. How to Keep Your Waiver

This waiver is a privilege for active clients. To keep it, you simply need to have at least one funded investment with us (CPF, Cash, OR SRS).

• If you invested your CPF with us: You are all set! Your CPF portfolio counts as your active investment. You do not need to open a separate Cash or SRS portfolio to use this waiver.
• If you don't invest in anything: If you claim the waiver but have zero funded portfolios (no CPF, no Cash, and no SRS) for more than 6 months, the waiver will be cancelled.

6. Fees & Exclusions

The waiver applies strictly to the AutoWealth Advisory Fee. It does not cover:

• Fund-Level Fees: Expense ratios charged directly by the fund managers (e.g., Lion Global Investors) which are deducted from the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the funds.
• Agent Bank Fees: Fees of S$2.00 to S$2.50 per deposit & withdrawal charged by the Agent Bank. Quarterly service charge of S$2.00 to S$2.50 by the Agent Bank regardless if there are any transactions in the quarter.

7. Investment Risks

General: This waiver is non-transferable. AutoWealth reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate this program for new participants at any time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of AutoWealth is final. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
