AutoWealth Chinese New Year Giveaway Event 2024

Terms & Conditions –

General

1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the 2024 CNY Campaign organised by AutoWealth Private Limited (AutoWealth).
2. By registering or taking part in this giveaway, you agree to these Give Away Terms and Conditions alongside the decisions of AutoWealth in relation to this giveaway.
3. AutoWealth reserves the right to withdraw, cancel the campaign, amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
4. AutoWealth has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive.

Give Away Participation

1. AutoWealth shall conduct FOUR (4) giveaways over FOUR (4) giveaway periods during 7/2/2024-28/2/2024. The cut-off date for each draw will be 1 day before at 11:59pm (e.g. to be eligible for the draw on 28/2/2024, only all deposits made before 11:59pm on 27/2/2024 will be eligible.
2. There shall be only ONE (1) winner for each Give Away period. Each winner is entitled to win ONE (1) prize ONLY throughout the whole campaign period.
3. Participants who did not win in one Give Away Period are eligible to accumulate the ‘golden ticket’ for the following Give Away Periods.
4. Investment top ups made to fulfill the Give Away criteria must be retained in participants’ portfolios for one month, from the date the funds are credited in. 

Prize & Reward Acceptance

1. Each Give Away winner will be entitled SGD$888 to be credited into his/her investment portfolio with AutoWealth.
2. Prizes shall only be credited into winners’ investment portfolio on 4th March 2024.
3. By participating in the campaign and for entitlement to the giveaway prize, the winning participants agree to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her AutoWealth ID by AutoWealth for editorial, marketing, promotional, advertising and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

Winner Announcement

1. Winners will be announced on every Wednesday during the event giveaway period (7/2/2024 – 28/2/2024), through AutoWealth’s official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram & TikTok).
2. Winners will also be notified via Whatsapp message sent from AutoWealth’s authorised phone number.
3. If a winner is disqualified, AutoWealth may in its discretion pick another winner to replace the disqualified prize winner.
